I lost my item, what happens now?
The person who finds your item will need to scan your Lemmo tag. As soon as that happens, the finder will be able to leave you a message. We will notify you by email as soon as that happens. You will be able to anonymously communicate with the finder through the Lemmo app and discuss how your item is to be returned.
How do I activate my Lemmo tag?
There are two ways to activate your Lemmo tag. You can either scan the QR-code on the tag and follow the link, or go to the activate tag page, enter your tag's unique code and activate it there.
I found an item, how do I contact the owner?
You can either scan the QR-code on the tag or enter the tag's code on our homepage. You will be taken to a screen where you can communicate with the owner.
Can I give my tag away, for example to a friend?
At this moment that is not possible, although if you would like your tag to change owner you can contact us and request we set a new owner manually.
What does Lemmo do with my data?
Your personal data will never be visible to anyone. The finder of your item will be able to send you a message, but will never see your email address or other personal data.
We know your email address, so when your item is found you will receive an email coming from us (not from the finder) to notify you that you can anonymously communicate with the finder through the Lemmo app.
Can I stay anonymous?
We will never share any of your personal data with the finder. When your item is found, communication can happen anonymously through the Lemmo app. You can stay anonymous for as long as you like. You choose when you share personal data, like for example the address to send your item back to.
Am I allowed to resell Lemmo tags?
